"Фолксваген" отложи решението за Турция

Германският автомобилостроител "Фолксваген" (Volkswagen) обяви във вторник официално, че е отложил решението си за строителството на нов завод в Турция, предаде Франс прес. Компанията е "обезпокоена" след началото на турската офанзива в Сирия, посочва БТА.

"Решението за новия завод бе отложено от борда на директорите", каза говорител на автомобилостроителя. "Следим ситуацията отблизо и наблюдаваме текущото развитие с безпокойство", добави той.

Aвтомобилният концерн "Фолксваген" отлага решението за изграждане на завод в Турция на фона на турската операция в Сирия, съобщи по-рано и Handelsblatt, позовавайки се на свои източници.

Концернът преговаря с турската страна за изграждането на завод в близост до град Измир. След началото на операцията в Сирия обаче, ръководството на компанията не бърза да подписва договора за строителство, отбелязва изданието.

1 млрд. евро е планираната инвестиция за новия завод. С планираните 4000 служители, след 2022 г. заводът трябва да произвежда 300 000 автомобила годишно. За целта "Фолксваген" регистрира дъщерна фирма в Маниса с капитал от 150 милиона евро.

From an economic point of view, however, Volkswagen wants to stick to Turkey as a location for the production of Passat and Superb models. Therefore, the work does not stand on the edge, insiders told Handelsblatt. A corresponding report of the "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" would therefore go too far.

The Lower Saxony wants to wait for the course of the military escalation. If civilians were killed, then there could be no vote for Turkey, it was said. So it was clear that the process would be delayed by a few months. A quick end to the dispute will probably not exist.
